Forever 21

I visit this store one afternoon with my adult daughter. My daughter can pass for a teenager at 25 years of age. The young lady that waited on her had purple hair. I stood behind my daughter she did not have a clue we were together. After seeing her behavior I stepped up to the counter with my daughter. The young lady behavior was unacceptable. After I stepped up she tried to change her attitude. I wanted to come out of character however my daughter asked me not to. I called the store and spoke with a manager. I do think this manager knew how upset I was. I often visit the Oxford Valley Mall due to me living 5 minutes from there.nI am a government employee. I have been for 30 years. I know about customer service. This person that works for your store totally lacks in that skill.nHowever I will never spent another dime in this location or another FOREVER 21!!!!!!!

So I came here with some friends today, and I was planning on purchasing this cute top. I had the money, but the problem was, was that the size I needed was on the mannequin. I found the exact shirt just in a different size, and I asked all of the staff members multiple times if they had the size I needed in the back or if they could switch the shirts so I could make that purchase. It never happened, and I’m very devastated because I really liked that shirt. Me and my friends also tried to call the store, there was no answer, we called more than once and there was still no answer. I don’t think I’m ever coming back.

It's a good store to shop at.
