If i could give negative stars I would. My military son was home after years and bought me a mother's day ring in April. Well he ordered online and its June hasn't shipped yet and they ignore phone calls and emails and Facebook messages. I see them on Facebook and they ONLY will respond to good things. I've seen so many people in past few days with same issues..they will gladly steal your money but will not send the product you ordered. I even dug deeper online and saw all kinds of negative reviews about same issues im having. I DONT recommend you going here at all..they wil take money and you get no jewelry. He ordered his wife a ring after this from someplace it ended up coming from China and they got that already. Please stay clear of kay jewelry if you want to keep money..im not the only one experiencing this..

We should have started here. We went to another jeweler at first, and we wish we hadn't. We're much better off now after Cassi at Kay Jewelers helped us. If only we came here in the first place! Don't make the same mistake as us. Just go to Kay Jewelers, and ask for Cassi. She'll make the experience personal and fun and easy. She is the nicest most helpful person we have worked with in this or any other industry!

I love my ring that I got from here but not the sizing. My now fiancé and I went looking for rings a couple of months ago and they sized me and said I was an 8. When my fiancé ordered my ring he had to have it rush sized to be an 8 before our vacation to propose. This is not their fault he could have bought it sooner. The fault comes when I put the ring on and it was beautiful but much too big. We go back after vacation and they tell me in a 7. How I could have changed ring sizes in 3 months who knows but oh well I know hands can swell etc no problem we sent it in to be resized. I tried on a size 7 ring in the store same style as mine and it fit like a glove so I couldn’t want to get my ring back and have it be nice and snug. A week goes by and I get my ring back (I do give them props for being timely) however it is STILL too big. We have several events coming up and holidays so I don’t want to get it sent back in until after to get resized again I just wish we could have avoided this entirely. Otherwise good service I just wish they were more accurate with sizing would save a lot of head ache.

The staff at Kay jewelers in Oxford valley mall are amazing. I went in on a Wednesday to purchase a ring to propose to my now fiancé. I wanted a certain rose gold ring with a pear cut diamond. They only had one ring that I liked but it didn’t have a diamond in it. The lady promised me she would get it done by that Friday sized and everything. She called the jeweler and searched a lot of places to find the right diamond to fit. She found the last diamond that would fit. The manager of this store is the lady that made it all happen. They are truely amazing at this store
