Don’t waste your time. I went to Jewelers Row and was quoted for the same exact diamond (color and clarity) ring for almost half the price. The lady here wasn’t even that good.

The staff at Jared in Langhorne is AWESOME!!!!nBianca makes us feel right at home.nSharon is very helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name but they all make you feel comfortable. The only negative and its not the staff. Checking out could be very frustrating, computer freezes, not loading, let's move over here to this one. Etc. A upgrade might be in order. Fantastic staff!!!!!

I tried to fix my wife’s ring. It came back to me destroyed and I just took it somewhere else. Didn’t want to waste time with these kids working back there. Where are the real qualified Jewelers? Took it straight to Jewelers Row in Philly and now my wife is happy with it. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. When I ask an associate a question about jewelry, I’d appreciate an honest answer. Not them trying to sell me trash. A lot of stuff is cheap quality, or extremely overpriced. I didn’t like the tone and demeanor of the lady who helped me (Keri). She was very unprofessional. Take pride in what you do or leave the business.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We will never ever go back to this store. Since we got engaged in 2018, every single time we visit the store, there is some fiasco. Nothing is ever simple. Buying our wedding bands took all day, you would think we were buying a car. We already had them picked out and on our wish lists. Their computer system is so old, it never can find our account, credit line, etc. Since COVID, do not even waste your time. Our wedding reception was in July due to being rescheduled from COVID, I called two weeks prior to have our wedding bands inspected and cleaned since we had been wearing them since our backyard wedding in April. I explained the situation and was told they could have our bands back to me by Monday 7/13.... our reception was on 7/11!!! I needed our rings for the photographer. I told them never mind, I would clean myself. Rescheduled our inspections for later in July and my wedding band was missing a diamond. My husband made an appointment to pick it up a whole week later during his lunch break and it was NOT READY when he arrived. He had to come back after work at 5:30 to pick it up. Fast forward a week later and my band is missing another diamond!! I make an appointment myself to spare my husband’s sanity and schedule for him to pick it up 4 days later on his lunch break again. He gets there today and it is NOT READY! Needless to say he was not happy. The employees admitted that they are short staffed and overworked. We understand times are crazy but if you are making appointments, you should be prepared for them.. and if repairs aren’t ready, call the customer and let them know so they do not show up to the store!! So disappointed that we have spent over 10K at this place.
