I ordered a medicine that they would ship out that same day and take 3-5 days to arrive. It's been 7 days and I gave them a call, they said I still have to wait 3 more days for my medicine. I need this medicine to function on a daily basis during my pregnancy. They should have better customer service and be more diligent about sending out time sensitive prescriptions.

Their website is terrible. I pressed refill on a prescription and nothing happen so I pressed send again. Well apparently it went through the first time so they sent me 2. Then I somehow clicked auto fill?! Must be an automatic selection that I missed and didn’t uncheck but they then sent me a third one 2 weeks later and I really just needed the one, however, they won’t refund me because it is apparently my fault. Get a better website people it’s 2020. I had to pay $120 more because your outdated website sucks and your supervisor does not care.

Left 2 messages over the course of 4 days. Never received a return call. Prescription was transferred here from another pharmacy. They claim to have never received it. One technician told me to call back the next business day and I should receive some sort of update. Nothing. I was just informed to have my doctor send them a prescription directly. After 4 days with no results, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Not happy with my experience at all. I canceled my prescription. They failed to tell me they had the wrong insurance information. They never asked me for the correct information and refused to give me a refund on what they had already overcharged me. Would not recommend.

As a retired pharmacist this is the worst pharmacy ever!! Their Customer service is the worst ever. The only reason why I have to deal with them is that I am on an eye drop that ONLY they carry. It usually takes 2 weeks for my MD, this pharmacy and me to get a refill. I use their on line service, but have to call in to my MD to make sure the refill was sent. Now I just call my MD and have them fax a new Rx. Just horrible. Avoid if possible.
