Went today to renew my license 6/24/20. This was the fourth attempt to try and beat the crowds. Arrived at 7:00 am and there were about 50 people already in line. More people began showing up and lined the parking lot. When doors opened at 8:30 we were told seniors citizens are seen till 11:00 then they’ll start our line. Waited 4 hours to get to the door with 150-200 people behind me. Wear sun screen, bring a chair and your patience.

The part of social distancing to prevent COVID19. In bad weather season standing outside to long waiting in line. It is a very difficult thing especially for the older peoples . PENDOT have to bring some other solution for this.....
FYI neshaminy DMV takes debit/ credit cards... don't know about other places. Make sure you have everything you need and all info is current. Come one hour prior to opening. So you can have a good spot but l8ne seems to move .
This place is a joke. My wife was getting her New Mexico license changed to PA, they wouldn’t accept it at first because they said they don’t accept green cards.....After showing and explaining to them that NM is part of the unites states we were rudely taken care of. Fast forward to us renewing her PA license, they claimed her NM license was still valid and couldn’t receive a PA license. We have the original paper work, licenses, and documentation to prove otherwise. They refused to help us and now we have no idea how to renew her PA license. Oh, we showed up an hour before opening and still waited FOR 5 HOURS AND WAS STILL TREATED TERRIBLY AND NOT HELPED!!! Avoid this place at all costs.
