I went to pick my wedding band, Chrissy at Kay in Neshaminy Mall helped me find the perfect match for my engagement band & she was super professional, friendly and made it an awesome experience!

I visited Kay Jewelers on October 18th, 2019 with the intent of purchasing two wedding bands for my soon to be wife and I. When we entered the store, I could tell (most likely due to how young I looked) no one wanted to help us, assuming I wouldn’t or couldn’t afford their merchandise. Finally, an elderly gentleman asked us what we were looking for. After he sized and showed us the wedding bands, we had two already picked out. My fiancé’s was readily in store, and I purchased it same day. My size had to be sent out, as it was not in stock, and our wedding was in 4 weeks. This was no problem, the representative assured us. As special order rings usually take around two weeks to be delivered. Trusting this gentleman, I ordered my ring. I even bought their “lifetime resizing and cleaning deal” for $129.99 they labeled the “ultimate watch plan” on my receipt. Two weeks later, I’ve heard nothing, so I try to give the store a call- no answer. I message a rep. On their national website, and give her my order number. And with only two weeks left for my wedding, she tells me my order’s been cancelled with no explanation. Not only Will I not receive my ring I paid for, but these people didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know. Working in both customer service and retail in my short lifetime, I understand how busy it gets. But this kind of service is unacceptable and deplorable. My total with my simple wedding band and my wife’s with the “ultimate watch plan” would’ve been just shy of $1000.00. I know they could care less if they lose customers at this location (evident of their poor service) but, needless to say, I won’t be back.

Haven’t had a good experience yet. Been here three times so far, and every time it’s been awful. I understand they’re salespeople looking for a high commission, but I could literally see the disappointment when I asked for some cheaper options. My wife is even more budget minded than I am, and I insist on purchasing her a gift every now and again. We let out a chuckle when the salesman tried to pander to my wife, asking her “you don’t want these clearance items, right?” Also, if you ask to try on more than three things, it seems they get very annoyed. It was because of the overall attitude of the salespeople here, and the older gentleman we had the displeasure of dealing with that we had to just walk away. $300 may not be that good of a commission check, but when I told the two other jewelry places we went to in the mall my budget, I was shown merchandise WITHIN the stated budget. My money was spent elsewhere, where it will be from now on.
