They must have changed hands. Last year we didn’t have any issues. This year however is another story, it’s nothing but problems. My sons washer has been broken since the start of school, 4 weeks ago and no one has been out to repair it although they were promised on several occasions a technician would be out. Always one excuse or another. Carpets are filthy and shelves broken in refrigerator and not replaced. There is a hole in the ceiling also. I’ve called and have not received a call back each time. This company has turned into just another philly slum lord. We are taking photos and documenting everything in case they try to play games when it comes time to return security deposits, we are prepared for court. Do yourself a lot of aggravation and look elsewhere.

I'm leaving this review for UPH a.k.a. Temple Prime Living. I felt compelled to review them because they have no reviews on Google and there are a few other property management companies in Philadelphia with horrible reviews from tenants.nI have rented a house from UPH for two years so far, and my experience has been wonderful. They respond promptly to communication, and they have multiple people on their maintenance crew who usually respond to requests within a day or two (I've made about 3 or 4 requests in the time I've been here). For the second year the owners agreed to reduce rent as well.nAfter hearing rental horror stories from friends I've come to appreciate UPH's exemplary services. They really care about keeping their tenants happy.
