Doing 80 in a 65 major highway doesn't equate to me to warrant a $300 ticket. I tried to offer a little less money to your town so that the bill wouldn't do as much damage to my bank account as would $300, but I received no response. But that's how this town pays its bills, doesn't it? In actuality, the ticket was $200, but the service fee of said bill was $93? You gotta be kidding me. That's worse than StubHub in fees.
