One star is too much for this dog and pony operation. Have not had a mail delivery for three days. When we do get mail it is very late in the day. Call them to discuss the bad service and the supervisor gets nasty. Other local post offices deliver mail every day. Used to be with the Milan post office and they were great. Towanda Post Office -- awful.

There’s an epidemic off wrong box deliveries in Pocono. Post master says 85% of wrong house deliveries are not returned. I’m giving a no questions asked reward for my package. It was for delivery to 5162 Renaissance Lane. $50 reward. I’m not blaming anyone except the post office. Please return

Rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Tried to have a package delivered to a campground I am staying at and when I called, the man on the phone told me there is no such address. He could of been polite about the situation but he spook very rudely to me about getting a PO box. Like I knew! I am new to the area and figured if there was an address out front they could deliver it.

Fifteen minutes parking out front for three maybe four vehicles. Stairs to go in-no handicap accessible.
