The staff was excellent and very nice. They took COVID precautions very seriously but were very friendly and worked quickly. Best DMV experience I've had in this and any other state. Give these people a raise.

Stopped at 11:00 on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.nI have never posted a bad review before. I usually ignore rudeness, but I don’t want someone else that’s having a hard time in their personal life to go in there and have someone be rude to them unnecessarily and ruin their day.nNeeded to change our NY licenses to PA. They don’t do that there. The lady was so miserable I couldn’t believe it. She might as well have said get out. I saw it on her face as soon as I walked in. My husband noticed it right away also. She should not be working there.

I went to take my driving test yesterday & we waited outside of the building until I was ready to take my test. I had my two young children with me. I passed my test & went into the building to get my license. As we were waiting, the lady at the desk looked at my 8 month old and then at my 3 year old and told us to put masks on our children or leave the building. My fiancé and I both had masks on. It’s not recommended that young children/infants wear masks due to the risk of suffocation. I understand the concern due to COVID, but the staff there need to be educated

The people were quick, efficient and very friendly. I drove an hour to get here and get my license renewed and I'm glad I did!
