Infusion Solutions

After dealing with a large, national company for many months I was able to convince my health insurance company to change over to Infusion Solutions. They have been great to work with. They always have a real live phone presence and have my account ready to pull up. They have been perfect in getting products and supplies to me as needed. They give me follow up calls to see how things are going. This is a great local company that I highly recommend.

5 stars for a less than perfect experience, how can that be - everything they could control was excellent including the response to a less than perfect reaction to the medication. I feel they took the appropriate steps of terminating treatment after conferring with the referring physician. So while it didn't turn out how it was expected, we could not have expected better in service. Thanks for all you did.

The staff was wonderful. They put you at ease, make you as comfortable as possible (something to drink, a blanket; comfort things) explain everything and are very caring. Great facility and great people!

Not sure where to start! My experience with Infusion Solutions has been wonderful. I've been so happy with the whole staff. From Rose at the front desk, to ALL the nurses & the pharmacy technicians. Everyone has been so helpful. I couldn't get through this without their help. Thank you all.nPiper

I needed home infusions for several weeks. The nurses that came were professional and always on time. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I'd highly recommend them.
