CVS Pharmacy

You need to hire more people in your pharmacy. I was on hold for 20 minutes this morning before being hung up on without being helped.

Wow. We had to switch from Haggens to CVS because of our insurance. So disappointed.nRarely have medications been ready when we are there to pick up.nThere automatic call feature regarding a medication is a joke. They don’t give you any info, you are suppose to push a number to get the info. But pushing a number leads nowhere. Nothing happens. EVERY SINGLE TIME.nLast time I called the refill in they said they would let me know by text when the medication is ready. It has been 4 days. Still nothing.nThey said they could not help me set up mail delivery over the phone. I dread having to deal with them.

I ahav been so impressed. It feels like the small town family pharmacy I grew up with. I'm willing to deal with mall parking to get this kind of care!

Great staff friendly and give good advice and they are really good
