I've used this service twice and it has been reliable and so convenient.
Very good location, quick and timely pick up and drop off.
Easy Airport Parking is just that: quick access parking just off the freeway with a shuttle to the airport. Prices seem like they go up all the time, but still a lot less than airport parking. It's in full sun so don't leave anything in your car that's going to melt when it gets hot!
Best airport to car experience Ever! Made the parking reservation the night before we left, got there in morning and they were waiting for me, driven to the airport in 3 min, on the way back the shuttle was waiting at the airport, asked my name and we took off, 3 min back. So seamless, easy to use, and fast. Will definitely recommend them over parking in the airport parkade any day.
I was left at the airport all alone at night because I wasn’t standing outside. It was 20 degrees out, snowing, and extremely windy and I have a one year old baby. When I called to see what was going on the staff was incredibly rude on the phone and the driver who finally got around to picking me up didn’t help me with my bags so I loaded my baby in the car seat, the stroller, my suit case, diaper bag, etc while he stood there. He then argued with me the entire way to the parking lot saying I should have been outside. It’s probably fine if you don’t have kids but that obviously doesn’t work with babies. I won’t be using this company again!
