Diamond Parking

Overpriced. Signage isn’t clear. You’re bound to get a ticket. Would give 0/5 stars for Diamond’s system if possible... but the 1 Star will go to Renee, the customer service agent, who was able to significantly reduce my ticket. She was a pleasure to work with on the phone. She asked about my parking experience to leverage the reduction of cost. Thanks Renee, you’re a Queen and I would give you 5/5 stars

This lot does not have signs clearly visible stating how to make a payment and No physical place to pay...Sign is confusing with the weekendnrates..Sneaky rat like attendants wait for you to get out of you vehicle then run up and give a fine..wasn't even there 10 mins and fined 25 dollars..

Beware! Signs are not visible everywhere, had no idea it was paid parking. 2 weeks in and still not resolved. Skip this parking lot and walk. Definitely not worth the headache to deal with dishonest business practices.

Less than 1 Star. Requires having a cell phone in order to call to pay or otherwise use to enter ones card info. There’s no way to simply put cash in a slot or manually scan a card. I didn’t have my phone and got a huge fine!

Takes so long to actually pay, you have to call some phone number and enter in your credit card. Really cheap parking lot.
