The building it's self is nice and tidy. Clean on the outside despite the adjacent buildings tenants always hanging out on the street corner. The staff on the other hand, have annoyed me multiple times. I've went in person 3 times and let multiple departments know that the cityhall website needs to be updated. The hyperlinks that supply the offices phone numbers all lead you to the same incorrect number. I've also email and spoken to diffrent employee and they always seem very short and unconcerned, needless to say the site is still not functional. The city of Altoona needs to do a better job at taking the concerns of its ppl sereously.
