I was denied unemployment compensation during the covid pandemic (even though I was eligible) so I appealed it. That too was denied with no explanation, and after weeks of trying to get through on the phone, I gave up. So, I applied for PUA (which I was supposed to be eligible for because they denied me for regular UC). It's been months. I can't get through on the phone with them either. I've sent multiple emails and tried calling endlessly, only to never hear back. Do better, Pennsylvania.

Mailing out a persons social security number on a piece of regular mail, not even priority mail, or signature conformation.

When the city is composed of nothing but retail and franchised business you can't expect a city to do well.nnHalf the population works for minimum wage or for tips that they don't claim tax for half of the time.....wonder why we don't have a budget....hmmm
