I got engagement ring online about two months ago.I never got it to make long story short.I went to the Altoona store what great people I can’t say enough about the services.I chose a ring there and had to have it sized so the gentleman told me it would be a couple of days. Three days later I get a phone call from a young lady telling me the ring is ready for pickup.In my excitement I forgot to ask what time they close .so I called back and got the manager I explained that I was at work and couldn’t get there before close he told me no worries he would deliver it to me where I lived WELL THIS JUST BLEW ME AWAY. So with all this I got the rings and was able to ask the love of my life to marry me and she said YES !!!!! So I say to all you other jewelry places out there I know where my business is going from now on To the manager you and your team are a prime example of customer service excellence.
