Your Jewelry Box

I went into Your Jewelry Box to have some work done on a cherished necklace that is a family heirloom. I was nervous leaving it there because I have worn it for 5 years and my mother 5O years prior to that. The work was completed sooner than expected and done exactly as I requested. The necklace looked brand new as it was all polished and beautiful. Thank you for taking such good care of something so important to me.

I had a Saint Christopher medal from my late father that I wanted a loop soldered on so it would slide freely on the chain. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time here but it won’t be my last. I appreciate great customer service.

Your Jewelry Box is amazing. They fixed two broken pieces of jewelry I had that I didn’t think were repairable. The ring I literally ran over with my car and it was bent so bad. They reshaped it and polished it. The necklace had so much patina on it when I got it as a gift that I didn’t realize it was this beautiful, bright silver. The chain broke and had to be welded, and they cleaned it after. I am so, so happy. They are currently working on 2 of my other vintage pieces that I damaged years ago. I cannot wait to see they how turn out. The prices were really reasonable for repairs as well. I definitely recommend going to them for jewelry or jewelry repair needs. And if you do, ask for Dan. He was super nice, helpful and professional.

I stopped in a bit of a rush to pickup some earrings I had selected on their website. They were extremely friendly and helpful. From my description they knew exactly where they were in the store and I was checked out less than 15 minutes after walking in. An excellent experience, and I will definitely shop here in the future.

This is by far one of the best establishments for beautiful jewelry and excellent service. You never feel pressured to buy, but everything is so lovely you can’t help but want it all. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and beyond helpful. Excellent, highly recommend!
