People at Kay's were very nice but took a bracelet to be repaired the clasp was broken. They didn't make that clasp anymore so it was replaced for free, the only problem was the clasp on the new bracelet wasn't tight and it fell off the first day and was never found!!! So disappointed!!

Hope the new manager can complement the new location.nnAlways buy the warranty , and tust them to help.

Everyone is EXTREMELY rude. Every time I go in I am mistreated and talked down to. Would not recommend going here at all.

I have always went to Kay Jewelers for my jewelry. I love the quality of their jewelry and they are so helpful and have a lot of patience with you. And I would not go anywhere else.
