I called the day before about a stone I was told they guarantee the best stone,price,and time. I asked what their hour's were for the following day and if I needed a appointment he said no. I get there, unload all the kids and they're closed for inventory! We purchased my wedding band from here and were so impressed. My fiance and I were overjoyed. The gentleman who helped us was patient with us and assisted us in finding exactly what I wanted my band to look like. He even cleaned my engagement ring while we were there, and my engagement ring was purchased from a completely different retailer.
