I wanted something special for my daughter's 16 birthday. I had an idea of what I wanted, but nothing horribly specific. I went to Leitzel's and Katelyn was there and helped me every step of the way. She sent me designs and was patient until I decided on one. The necklace and ring were exquisite and done so soon!! However, I didn't need them until February, so they were flexible in allowing me to see the finished product, pick out a nice chain for the necklace & pick it up later.nnThese pictures REALLY do not do it justice!! Leitzels has always been good to me. I recently put in an order to have a customized 14k bar necklace with my grandfather's handwriting lasered on. For about 4 years I had been talking about doing this and finally made it happen. Trevor and Katelyn are the ones that helped me with the process. Katelyn helped me pick the necklace length, style and design. She was extremely patient with me and guided me through with ease. She gave me quotes on the laser engraving and sent me messages of the layout to make sure I liked the way it looked before it was set in stone to be engraved. She sent me a picture of the necklace when it was finished to let me know it's at the store waiting for me. The finished product brings me to tears. It was even more stunning in person! I will always, always be a customer of Leitzels Jewelry! From the outstanding customer service and the way they make you feel like family, to the amazing work they do and inventory they sell.
