Bought the black Citizens Diamond Plated Eco Drive watch to add to my Citizen collection. All I got left is to get the silver one now!nnThe owner was very helpful and reasonable with pricing of the watch. Gave me even a 10% extra discount for the watch.nnShout out to the nice young women adjusting it to fit my wrist right on the spot! She is warm and welcoming and does her job flawlessly in watch repairs/ battery replacement etc.nnPlus an extra 1 year warranty that comes with the watch when you register on the website. (Adding up to a total of 6 years of Warranty)nI could not ask for better service! Spot on great management and sales rep!nEven told me he would adjust the watch for free if I need adjusting in the future.nVery nice owner and cells great authentic watches!nBuying online you run into the risk of not getting the real authentic citizen's watch.

My husband and I purchased a Saint Christopher pendant and chain. The total cost was over 250.00 . We have it to our daughter on her wedding day! She was married end of July!nThe pendant cracked! We took it in to exchange and the owner told us that was definitely a defect but would not exchange the pendant!nWho does this? Not a reputable company that says they stand by there product and workmanship! I’ve tried to call the owner PreetnSeveral times and it seems they have put my number in there phone and do not pick up! As I called yesterday and an employee answered!nHmmm that’s strange!... I would definitely think twice before you purchase from this company as they do not guarantee there gold and they have went back on there word as it had a one year warranty! I’m definitely reporting this to the better business bureau! Buyers beware!!!!

My experiences with Gold N Time have been nothing but positive. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Their inventory is incredible. The prices for gold chains are better than in any of the other stores at the mall. I completely trust the owner, whether I'm making a purchase or leaving something to be repaired. Super nice people who are honest and know the products they are selling!

I am so lucky I stopped into Gold N Time to get my watch battery changed! Bali was wonderful... she showed me that screw threads had been completely stripped (by my previous watch repairman). She didn't know if she would be able to get open since the screws were so stripped, but she was able to. I am so pleased. She replaced some of the stripped screws, and the battery, for a very affordable price (and the battery has a warranty). I am really thankful for the excellent customer service, she went over and above! Needless to say, she now has a new loyal customer. I highly recommend Bali at Gold N Time for watch repairs.
