I worked with sales associate Amanda at Ben Bridge inside Bellis Fair Mall and had the BEST experience ever. My fiancé and I had just gotten engaged the day before and we came in to get the ring sized down. Amanda immediately matched our excitement level and was such an upbeat and joyful person to work with. She made us feel so special.nnThe ring came back earlier than expected — just 5 days!! — and Amanda was the one to call me and tell me. She remembered who I was and we both got so excited over the phone. Overall, this Ben Bridge exceeded our expectations, and Amanda was a gem to work with! (pun intended :)

Ben Bridge had very helpful employees who helped us find a ring lower than our max price including the lifetime warranty! We were very pleased with the help we received and their willingness to let us try on different rings until we found exactly what we wanted. They explained everything from clarity to pros of the different cuts.
