I have been very disappointed with the service provided by Duanne Sammons. I was rear ended by a driver a couple years ago and was not treated empathetically by DS but received excellent service from the other driver's insurance company. Every time I contacted the office with questions, the customer service representative always acted confused and unable to answer questions or make decisions about my account.nnFinally, after being with DS (Safeco) for over 10 years, I finally decided to cancel my policy and go with State Farm. When I called the office, I was instructed I had to come into the office to physically sign a document. I called back a few days later to ask if they could fax me pertinent documents only to be told I could cancel over the phone. I spoke with a Safeco customer service representative who was very professional and helpful.
