The people that work here know how to take care of dogs. Whenever you walk in you are greeted with happy dogs and kind staff. Our dog comes out looking great and smelling great. Added bonus- the price is right! They don't charge extra costs for matted fur or trimming nails. Thank you to Boo's Parlour for taking such good care of our pet each and every visit!
Great groomers, amazing friendly staff and my dog loves going there. I've tried many groomers in Bellingham, and Boo's Parlor has been the best. The quality of work, price and products used are all top notch. I recommend them to friends and family, and to anyone who loves their pet and wants them to look well groomed and to be treated well during their stay..
it took over 4 years of trying here and there, even into Canada before we found the exceptional, Boo's Parlour. What we expect first from a groomer, is that our furry kids are treated gently and with respect.The energy in this shop is positive, professional, our dogs are happy to go in, comfortable with Michelle and her daughter. We have been bringing them here every 2-3months for the last 3 years or so. Our poodles, Sonny and Vy always look good and have their happy faces on when we pick them up.
I brought my puppy in to have a variety of things done, none of which included shaving her down to a nub. I was shocked when I walked in the door, especially since I was not asked whether I wanted her hair cut or did I instruct the groomer to do so! The shaving was very uneven with tufts of missed hair left long. If they are going to shave the dog, at least shave her evenly! She did smell good when I picked her up. Very sketchy place.
