KVS Travel

We are working with Shawn and Amanda to book our destination wedding and honeymoon. They have been very responsive and informative! I trust that we made the right decision to book through them and will continue to book with them in the future for other vacations. Thank you both!

Booked a trip for Aug 2020 with KVS and unfortunately had to reschedule due to the COVID-19 concerns and traveling internationally. (More so having to return and quarantine). I can not imagine how stressful this has had to be for the travel industry. I called shawn at 2 PM and 2 months before our vacation. Shawn was clear with me stating that a lot of travel companies went bankrupt during the mass cancellations due to the pandemic. He said give him a little time to see what he could do, but everything right now is a bit crazy with the travel industry. A little time was 3 hours later with a confirmation of our reschedule for next year!nnI could not recommend anyone else to take care of you and your travel needs in a timely fashion.nnI am also a business owner who has been affected by the current climate and I pride myself on customer service. I do not a accept anything but the best when I do business (personal or professional).nnTHIS IS THE BEST!nnThanks Shawn and Amanda for taking time and care of a situation the right way.

KVS Travel will be the only way we book our getaways from now on! Shawn & Amanda are the real deal experts when it's comes to service and reliability, they can't be beat! We didn't have to waste all of our time researching, guessing and booking our vacation, they make it so very easy and they are located right here in America so we didn't have to worry about giving our credit card info to someone overseas. On the first contact Shawn & Amanda treated us as if we were family and they truly care about making sure every last detail is taken care of by going the extra mile. We really loved the fact that they have personally inspected the places we wanted to go. They are like having friends that have already been there and done that! Booked our Honeymoon to Punta Cana with Shawn and Amanda at KVS after watching their room tour on YouTube of one of the resorts. They were very responsive and super friendly answering all my questions and providing me pros and cons of each room and advice overall since they were very familiar with the resort, which gave me peace of mind! They also assisted me with a room upgrade very quickly. Looking forward to our honeymoon (hopefully COVID will be over) and super appreciative to Shawn and Amanda for their assistance thus far! Would highly recommend.
