I have been in need of their services twice now. The first time was not an emergency and the second time was. The first time the techs came out and were very friendly and explained every step of the repairs. the second time my well pump went. I called them and they were at my house within two hours. It was the same techs. They were very friendly and again explained all aspects and options to me before they did the repairs. I had water running within a few hours. I really can not recommend this company more. Every person that I have dealt with has been exceptionally friendly, and responsive.

I left a message and got a call back within a couple days. Very polite and will to give advice on what to try to fix the issue before making a service call.

Two places told me that I needed a new well.I thought I would get one more point of view.So glad I did.Phares Fry fixed the issue with my well cap.They are honest, friendly and made my day. I can breathe now..

Our well pump went out in the morning and these guys were at our house within a couple of hours installing a new, much quieter pump. They were friendly and explained everything they did. I’m very glad we called them.

The short version: Phares Fry did excellent work for nearly $900 less than what a competitor quoted me. Read on if you would like more details.nnMy well pump went bad, had another company out to do trouble shooting and give an estimate. Long story short, they did 5 minutes of troubleshooting, quoted me $2500 to replace the pump, and then charged me $150 when I said I wanted to take a day to get another estimate.nnPhares Fry was great. I got an estimate over the phone (since I knew my well depth [printed on inside of well cap] and horse power/GPM of current pump [listed on tank in basement]) for $1800 and was told that was on the high end. The guys came out the next day to do the work and spent more time troubleshooting than the guys I paid specifically to do that. The pump replacement went smoothly with no damage to my lawn and took less than 2 hours. When the bill came I was holding my breath since I wasn't sure if they would stick to their word on pricing. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the total was only $1630. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
