Bio Bug Pest Management

Today was our last service at the office, since we are moving the business to another town. I found that Brian was always friendly and professional. He knows his stuff. I'm sorry not to have his services at the office but happy that he will continue to take care of our home. Thank you Brian!

We have had Bio Bug for years and have also had a carpenter ant problem the last few years. I found it odd that the problem was never fixed despite them saying they installed traps and such. I, myself, started making the DIY borax & honey mixtures to leave where we saw them. It worked 1 summer. Now fast forward to today, we have a new service here, they took a look at Bio Bug’s “traps” and said they’re ALL installed incorrectly and 1 of them looks to not have been serviced in OVER A YEAR. Bio Bug was just here Monday. Don’t waste your money with Bio Bug. We’ve been paying this company for years and they’ve done nothing. Needless to say we’re dropping them. We still can’t really believe this.

I rarely write reviews. This business is terrible. Just terrible. Rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Our Bio Bug tech, Kegan, is very friendly and efficient. He fully explains what needs to be done and gets the job done quickly. We have had him treat our property for insect and rodent pests. I'm very glad to have him as our technician.
