I called to get a quote to replace my copper water pipes with pex pipes (had a recent pin hole leak). The owner was very prompt in scheduling an appointment on 7/23/2020 to take a look. After not receiving a quote or hearing from them, I called to get an update 3 weeks later. During the call there were a few questions they had in regards to my quote, which I would have expected them to reach out to me to ask prior to finalizing the quote. Another two weeks went by without receiving the quote, so I called again. They were very polite and said that they have been busy but would look to get me the quote. At the time of this review, I have yet to receive my quote or a follow up phone call. It has been 7 weeks, and safe to say if they cant deliver a quote in less then 7 weeks, I imagine they couldn't perform the work in a timely fashion. I won't be making any more future calls or paying them for their services.

If you need top quality, full service plumbing or heating service, this is the place to call. From the initial contact with the office manager Judy, and the detailed planning with the owner Paul, I felt confident that I was making the correct choice.nAmong other plumbing needs, I had an 80 year old sewer line that Paul replaced. He had to cut basement and garage concrete floor, excavate 50-60 feet and 10 feet deep...all done quickly and with very little interruption. The cost was 30% less than the other bids. Paul is a licensed Master plumber and his crew was equally skilled hard workers.

Paul and his team are the best! Professional, polite, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. Tactical Plumbing found solutions to problems that others could not and provided cost-effective options. I only need to make one call for my plumbing and heating needs from now on. Tactical Plumbing staff have repeatedly proven that they will do all that they can to help in any situation.
