Mike came out and fixed the problem in minutes. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
We just purchased a home in Pottstown, and *just* after we bought it, the pipes literally TORE. We had to get someone out right away to not only pull out the old vanity, but replace the torn piping and install a new vanity. Not only were they on time, friendly and professional, but they advised us on a better way to do things, and worked with us around our schedule. Their staff was honest and courteous, and did their best to work with us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will definitely call them in the future any time we need a plumber!
We called Drainmen for a slow draining sewer line. They sent a camera down into the main to diagnose the problem and took the time to show us the problem and answer any questions we had. We had a failing sewer line.nMike and his crew did a great job, they worked into the evening using lights to ensure we were hooked back into the sewer before they called it a day, and we're back the next day to complete the job.nWe wouldn't hesitate to call Drainmen for any work we might need in the future, his prices, knowledge and professionalism will make Mike my first call should the need arise
I can't recommend Drainmen Plumbing enough. They solved so many issues that we were having over the last few years that we just didn't have the time or expertise to address (drain issues, faucet repair, toilet issue). Jack was thoughtful in his approach and pragmatic in his solutions. You can count on this company to get things right and, most importantly, to finish to completion. Highly recommend!
Had a complicated drain clog with a basement toilet and had used this company once before. First time they fixed clog successfully but unfortunately we needed them again with a different issue this time. Their response was fast and service guy, Mike M., was professional. He came ready to tackle any issue and was willing to work with us. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need.
