Very disappointed in Shawn. He came and installed a new water heater and water softener system a month ago. The price was great and he was very nice during installation however, the water softener has been failing and the brine tank filling with water and I can’t get him to return my calls or emails. He does NOT guarantee his work so buyer beware. I will have to hire a different plumbing company to come repair it now. Super frustrating!

Shawn is terrific, he is very upfront on what you need and does not push products on you if your not interested. He installed everything wonderfully and his prices destroyed the competition who were offering the same equipment. I would definitely recommend S & S Water Treatment Systems and these other reviews look bogus to me after dealing with the company.

I had same experience as the other reviewer. He installed the system took my money and never returned to retest the water or remove the old system as promised. I must have sent 10 or so e-mail and text and not a single response. Now I have issue with the water and getting another dealer to come and look at the system. Don't be fooled by the smooth talk and lower price!!

Shawn is friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to water treatment. His prices were the lowest we received and for identical equipment from other companies. Recommended!!

We had no water and shawn cane to our rescue. He spent an entire Saturday and Sunday fixing our well pump, installing new pressure tank along wth water softener and neutralizer system. Total professional! not sure what these bad reviews are about, would totally recommend.
