Had a great experience here. I just moved to PA and transferred my title and was able to get PA tags and registration. The ladies that work here were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They were able to answer all of my questions and handled everything smoothly.

Yet another 1 star review, should have read the reviews before I got there. I was getting a new ID and was handed a form to sign, gave my credit card and paid. I went to get my photo taken but realized I was never shown where to request my veteran status to be added. I went back in, the girl working at the front was nice and apologized. The super visor Kris said not to worry it will be paid for by them. She gave me a receipt stating it will be paid for. Later she calls my phone and says oh yeah actually it’s “your fault”(mine) because I didn’t say I was a veteran. And that they will not pay. If they would’ve just followed through and took the small $30 loss for their mistake, then it would’ve been a 5 star experience. How can you give a customer a receipt that says it is covered by the company and then say just kidding we aren’t paying. This how you treat your customers?nn***UPDATE*** from 1 star to 3 starsnnThe owner Zach let me explain my side of the story. He was extremely professional. He made this right and I seriously appreciate that. Without any of this happening it would have been a 5 star experience for sure. Thank you Zach for understanding and working with me on this.

I wish I read the reviews. I will never use again. If you need a tag for your car do not go here. They do not know what they are doing. Flat out lied to me. Said it would go to Harrisburg that day. Harrisburg said they received it 4 days later and it's a weekly service. They do not have an expedited service. And screwed up my paperwork

Honestly. Some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I would drive further to a different place just to avoid giving them any of my money. I can not stress enough how rude they were on both occasions I went in there, completely unhelpful and unknoweldable in the field in which they work.
