Love, Love, Love the PRPL! I have a child who is a voracious reader and I am constantly requesting books from all over Montco to pick up for him. They have done a remarkable job with curbside during the COVID-19 pandemic! They offer tons of great programs for kids and are so integral to Pottstown!
The staff is wonderful. Especially during the pandemic, they consistently go out of their way to provide assistance, recommendations and great books for our family.
They are taking all necessary precautions for a safe visit. Call ahead to make appointment. Half an hour is plenty if times for kids to browse and find books.
My second home, everyone is so friendly. It will finally reopen Sept 8 for in person service.
I just had the most wonderful, positive experience dealing with a public/government employee in my entire life. I wish I could recall his name. I had an appointment to get a passport processed and the gentleman that assisted me was pleasant, clear in his instructions and extremely thorough.
