I really appreciated how fast these ladies were to help me replace my engagement ring. It felt so good to know that my ring is always in good hands at this location when sent in for repairs. These wonderful woman are quick to the point, kind, and knowledgeable. Always looking at the customers best interest and to get you your ring back in perfect condition. I couldn’t be any happier with their amazing customer service!

I always enjoy shopping with the ladies at the mall Ms. Nicole and Ms. Vicky are amazing they always assist with my shopping experience and make sure it’s fun and it’s something my wifE will love! They always make sure I stay within my budget! WhIch is very important I am saving to buy a house. Thank you so much ladies.

Excellent service at the Coventry mall store. The manager there will make sure you are 100% satisfied. I have been shopping at this location for several years for all my jewelry purchases.

By far the best Kay Jewelers we've ever been to. So much so we returned for another purchase. Nicole is a wonderful person and knowledgeable and helpful. Fiance is beyond happy. Definitely in no way as pushy or pressured as Rocky Point New York store.

Been my go to for 20 years, fresh from High School. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service, with no pressure sales. EXCELLENT warranty program, which I highly recommend. Maris and Vicki have helped a lot, with many others, fullfilling my every need. Budget friendly as well!!
