I really appreciated how fast these ladies were to help me replace my engagement ring. It felt so good to know that my ring is always in good hands at this location when sent in for repairs. These wonderful woman are quick to the point, kind, and knowledgeable. Always looking at the customers best interest and to get you your ring back in perfect condition. By far the best Kay Jewelers we've ever been to. So much so we returned for another purchase. Nicole is a wonderful person and knowledgeable and helpful. Fiance is beyond happy. Definitely in no way as pushy or pressured as Rocky Point New York store.
