Great place to go for physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and my therapist Lindsay was very good at explaining what I needed and then actually providing what I needed. I would recommend Western Berks Physical Therapy to everyone. My husband had used them in the past and we were very satisfied.

Excellent staff from front end to the therapists. I would definitely recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and welcomed.

I'm not sure if I should judge this place as a whole, but my experience here worsened what I originally came here with, the therapist lied to me about numerous things and never even told me she was an intern and didn't even have the experience level to even treat me. Maybe other therapists here are good, but they paired me off with one that had no respect for me as a person what so ever. Supposedly she's only been there for a few months? Well they need to screen people better than that because she doesn't deserve such a position. Go somewhere where an expert will give you the respect you deserve, it's so important when mentally overcoming a disorder. I sure couldn't overcome it here and I hope I find a place that's so much better

I was in Physical Therapy for about 3 months. I always felt comfortable and my therapist, Deb, always kept me informed as to what she was doing and what to expect. When she asked questions, I felt like she listened and addressed any problems I was having. I would highly recommend them.
