I had a great experience today my transaction went well and very quick I have to mention Jim Mcbae he's very professional he was at a desk#10 I was there around 2 o'clock on November 13 2020 he perform an excellent job. Give him a raise I saw him help an old woman before me and she was very happy with his service. Very knowledgeable.

Security at the door making sure all who enter are wearing masks. A Penndot official walking around making sure protection is still on. Very few chairs anymore due to 6 foot restrictions. At time I went wait wasn't as bad as usual

I was totally amazed at the service at the Shillington DMV when I had my camera card processed for my driver's license renewal. Fast, efficient, sanitary and polite. Wow never thought those words would be how I described a PA DMV office. Excellent job! Cudos to all staff!

Instructor for the driving test was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough. People inside the DMV were very kind and also very pleasant. Overall great experience. They should be recognized for a job well done!

Was better experience than expected. Had a little over an hour to complete a renewal for real id.
