I wasn't impressed with the customer service here. I came in wearing my Lowe's work clothes. I was extremely nervous and feeling very much out of place to begin with. I wanted an engagement ring that was unique. I understand that usually comes with a higher price tag. However, I still wanted to try to stay on budget. I felt like they didn't want to take the time to go over my options because I'm young and can't afford a super expensive ring. I took my business to MADE Jewelry down the road from them. There I was given a one on one appointment. I got a beautiful custom engagement ring for about $400.

I would be cautious if you’re going there to sell or trade as they will give you an extremely low number and tell you all of your things are almost worthless So they can steal them for nothing. This gentleman told me Bulova and watches are worth absolutely nothing for resell and then went on to tell me that my 14 karat gold necklace and pendant weighing about 5 g was worth about $40 to him even though it is a perfectly good piece of jewelry and was not something that he intended on scrapping but rather reselling as Jewelry. 11/09/19 the current scrap value for gold 14 karat is about $23 per gram. You do the math! This guys a snake so be cautious. Also wasn’t interested in paying that $9/gram price on actual scrap gold so....?

My husband purchased my engagement ring, and we purchased our wedding bands from William H Diller Jewelers. They spent so much time with him figuring out what would suite my taste and be best with my active lifestyle and use of my hands! They designed an absolutely beautiful ring that took my breath away! When we went for our wedding bands, they had quite a selection to choose from! They spent so much time with us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we were happy with our choices. They have such a vast knowledge of their craft and customer service is truly paramount! We would highly recommend this location for any jeweler needs!

The nicest jewelers I have ever met. They are so welcoming. My pear diamond fell out of its setting and the very small tip completely chipped off. I brought it in hoping I could save my precious ring and they were able to do it with an affordable price and in very fast timing! They added a new prong to cover the chip and cleaned it so beautifully ! I am so satisfied with everything about them. They are also located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants and cafes to eat at. Will definitely be coming to them with any jewelry in the future !!! :) :)
