I brought all my lighting for my home when I built it from Progress Electric. So I go to Yale to talk to them about my lighting and they could care less. Poor attitude. I always thought they had good quality lighting,but I wouldn't shop here anymore. It brothers to know that a store that was so highly thought of because of their customer service and product has been run into the ground because of poor business owners.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Looks like Yale is on the way out. There are signs in the window announcing that the showroom is closed but the service counter is still open. Lot of closed up businesses in the immediate area. Not a good sign.
