Staff inside the bookstore are great but the company that runs it is bad. They send overdue book rentals directly to a collection agency without contacting you. Hurting students credit scores and milking them for money that they don’t have. With no way of paying the store directly to avoid collections.
Kelly is an AMAZING store manager. She will move hell and high water to ensure students get there school supplies on time in preparation for the start of the school semester. I can't say enough about this woman, she is AWESOME!!!!!!!!
The store is nice and organized, and everyone is pleasant. However, my experience ordering books here prior to the beginning of the semester was terrible. I ordered the books here instead of Amazon because I just wanted everything to be ready and available at the same spot on the same day without a hassle. On the second day of school, I was told that my order wasn't ready yet. The next day, I was told that two of my books arrived, while the remaining six were cancelled... Six. That's a lot when you need them almost immediately. Somehow there was a glitch in the system, but that wasn't enough of an excuse for me to reorder the books on Amazon Prime be instead. They really need to fix these errors because I know several others that have had similar experiences.
