We had not had professional family photos taken in at least 25 years and wanted some taken with our family dog, Otis. Knowing Willow Street was known for photographing pets, we decided to make an appointment to find out more about their services. From the start, we were impressed with Regina and her professionalism. Actually everyone we met through the process couldn’t have been any nicer and professional. We were thrilled with the finished product and love having our new portraits on display in our home.
The Willow Street Picture team has wonderful customer service and stunning portraits. We had a Drive-In Movie Night & Basket Auction Fundraiser and Willow Street Pictures allowed us to auction off one of there amazing photo packages. They sent us a customized letter to give to the winner. Thank you, Willow Street Pictures for donating your time and resources to support the LCHS in the effort to save animal lives.
I had a great experience with Willow Street! Regina and her team were so professional and so wonderful with my 3 cats. They were able to capture what makes each of my kitties so unique and special. We even got a photo of my mother and I in the mix, which was a bonus. I am so grateful to Darren, Regina and the entire Willow Street team for everything they did to help me make these memories that will last a lifetime!
I became aware of Willow Street Pictures when our Shih Tzu Chico was undergoing radiation treatment at Hope Veterinary Specialists/Cyberknife. Their facility had several of the studio’s artwork displayed. Each one evoked a particular emotion and I found myself wanting to capture Chico’s mood. Kelsey was my first contact at the studio, over the phone and for the consultation. She was very enthusiastic, explained how they work and encouraged me to think and note down what I was looking for before our photo shoot. My hope was to get at least a couple of great pictures of Chico (of his sitting with a leg to the side, his profile, his ears flopping back, etc… ). I signed the contract, after having carefully reviewed it and understanding what we were committing to.nnWe came prepared for the photo shoot and the experience was so much fun! Darren and his staff were extremely professional. Darren was very passionate and dedicated to making our few hours there be delightful. We left knowing that it would be very hard to keep our choice limited to two!nnAt our last appointment a couple of weeks before Christmas, Darren helped us narrow down from many beautiful shots to a few that fit what we wanted: evoking a mood, showing Chico’s gentleness and cuteness… Even though the rest of the photos would not be ready for a few weeks, we wanted to get the small cards ready in time to give to our family and friends over the holidays. The staff worked quickly and were able to get us the cards in time, despite an initial error. When things don’t go as expected, the way the company responds shows their true level of service. Kelsey, Rebecca, Regina, all impressed us with the way they handled this situation.nnAt last, the day to pick up our final prints was there… and there was no disappointment. Each picture had the essence I was hoping for and the quality is astounding. We hung them as soon as we got home and have enjoyed them every day since.nnThe only drawback I can bring up is that the digital prints are not available for purchase: we have a digital frame and would have loved to be able to add the pictures we bought, even if they were low resolution or tagged with the studio’s trademark. Although we understood that the quality of the artwork would get compromised, it would still have been nice to have them.nnFinally, yes, the overall cost is high compared to other studios we had been to in the past, but ultimately the experience, the quality, and the service were worth it. Thank you to Darren and all the staff!nnUpdate: in October 2020, one of our traveling easels broke. I called and spoke to John. He was very helpful and within a few days, he had shipped me a replacement free of charge. That reinforces the quality of the service of Willow Street.
My family found out about Willow Street photography from attending the Pennsylvania Farm Show and seeing their booth with fabulous photography. My daughter owns CP Rabbitry in York Springs, PA where she breeds and raises purebred Mini Lops, New Zealand's and Californians for pet, show, and meat. She shows competitively all over the country and shows in the local fairs and farm show. Willow Street donated to the scholarship foundation a photo package that my daughter made sure I bid on and won. She recently won top lop in the country with her mini lop, CP Hope (CP217) so she wanted to have a photo session with that rabbit. We had the consultation and then went to the session. On a scale of 10 out of 10, they were a 12. They made my daughter feel like a movie star and the same with her rabbit. I never saw or experienced a photo shoot with a rabbit, but they went above and beyond to make it extra special and to capture my daughter's passion with her rabbit. We had the pleasure of working with Regina and she did everything to get that perfect picture from inside to outside. She was super creative and came up with ideas that blew us away. It was fun, enjoyable, and an experience of a lifetime. I was very pleased with the staff and professionalism. The photos were all amazing and it was hard to just pick one. I would highly recommend Willow Street for individual, family, and definitely pet photos. This photo shoot for us held extra special meaning to really get great photos of the #1 Mini Lop and I can say Willow Street was able to do that for us. I also want to thank them for donating to the Pennsylvania Farm Show Scholarship Foundation to help support our youth and their education. It says a lot about a business who supports our youth.
