Went in there today to have my 3 year old phone looked at. Was helped by Zach who was great helped me out fixed my phone. Great place Zach and the other employee in there where super nice and really knew what they are doing. Best verizon store I've been in. Thanks guys.

I stopped in to ask about my extended warranty on my phone and about getting it replaced. Tim and Jared were a great help! Very friendly and helpful, they helped me contact customer service and worked through the steps to get my phone replaced with me in store. These guys were a great help! It was really appreciated how they took me through the process.
