Luckily I haven't been inside in quite a while for any kind of ticket payments but this is where you would go most of the time for speeding tickets and such. Sometimes there are other court cases heard here like marijuana at a federal Park like Baker Lake Park is often handing out marijuana tickets and you will have to come to this court house to have your case heard. One tip for speeding tickets is that if your record is clean for 3 years prior with no diversion used diversion is where if you don't have another ticket for one year after that your incident can be wiped from the record. Really consider this even though it may raise the price of your ticket after the judge mitigates it to a much lower price. I always recommend mitigating a case when diversion is not possible. Mitigation is where you admit you are guilty to the infraction but stand before the judge and he will reduce your ticket usually by hundreds of dollars

I would leave 0 stars if I could. A car that I sold got a ticket after I sold it. Unfortunately, the dates they have on file don't align with when I reported the vehicle to be sold despite the copies of the paperwork I have. It turns out the dealership didn't file everything on their end so I get stuck with the bill. Then the court sent 1 notice to my old address which was also updated 3 times previously. I should also mention I wasn't driving during this time due to medical reasons and can prove it. Nonetheless, I have to now pay a ton of extra money for a parking ticket on a car I didn't own, parked somewhere that I didn't drive it. To add insult to injury, the person I spoke to called me rude and said she had spent too much time answering my questions when I asked a few simple questions about an incident I can prove I had nothing to do with. I guess it costs money to have your civil liberties violated in Bellingham and you're the problem if you question it. We need some customer service training as well as some ethics education at this place. What a joke?!?!

Just tried to call to pay a ticket since the website kept having errors and the gal.whonanswered the phone had a huge attitude. The website directed me to call her office to pay and she was too inconvenienced to take my payment.
