Have enjoyed Jersey Mike’s many times at the 5th st. Reading location. Tonight I went to the Wyomissing location & wasn’t impressed. Ordered a giant original Italian & the fresh thinly sliced meats were delicious. However, my old soggy tomatoes & rock hard roll was a huge disappointment. When paying almost $20 for a sandwich after tax & tip, this shouldn’t be happening.

Usually everyone in there is super nice but today’s visit was not so nice. The chick cutting the bread never asked me what bread I wanted, so I assumed the next guy would ask me, so when he did ask me what I wanted on my sandwich I asked for wheat bread and the chick asked if it was for both sandwiches and I said yes and she literally rolled her eyes and sighed. Clearly, she was in no mood to turn around 1 foot to grab wheat bread. I get we all have bad days, but it should not affect customer service. Rest of staff was great.

The cheesesteak was one of the best I’ve ever had. Brandon happily customized our sandwich and provided prompt and friendly customer service. We will be back soon!

Not sure what all the rave about Jersey Mike's Subs.nFor $15 for a large chicken cheese, No flavor just bread not to much cheese and light on the chicken no sauce. Subway is way better.

Absolutely amazing service and very considerate staff. I had a GrubHub order out for a sub and because of how long it took for my sub to actually be picked up by a driver, they had my sub remade for so it would be fresh on delivery as well as a complementary cookie and a free sub coupon. Staff like that who put their customers first are absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best forms of customer service I've ever experienced.
