The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. She didn’t know the answer to my simple question regarding one of their services, but instead of passing it onto someone who could help, she decided to have me repeat myself 5 times. After her last “attempt” at trying to understand the question, she didn’t even inform me that she was going to get someone else to help. She laid the phone down and simply walked away. I heard her in the background complaining to a gentleman that she couldn’t understand what I was asking and for him to figure it out. Very unprofessional.
Nice clean place. Great kids programs
Love the kids section. They also have local maps.
The staff are nice and they have great events for kids!
