Staff was fantastic with my 5 year old daughter for her ear piercing. They went through the entire process step by step with me and with her. They were very clean, especially impressed with how things were handled give the current COVID situation. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is so sweet, she Pierced my sons ears, she's so professional and attentive to everyone in the store. Not to mention she was working all alone.

Although I didn't visit your store I'm leaving this review because of one of your employees. Her name is Jennifer and I met her at an event that I was catering at in Reading. I asked her where she got an item that she had and she said they were selling them at the event but said I could purchase the same item at her work for a much better deal. Her excitement as she informed me of all the items that can be found at Claire's was awesome. It's obvious she likes her job. It's refreshing when you see a younger person so enthusiastic about working. As a small businessman who employs young people I notice these things.
