Had a good shopping experience. The manager of the store is very nice and will do whatever she can to help you. All said and done, I bought my wedding ring from her.

My boyfriend and I had a good experience purchasing a ring. I got it at a great price, 0% interest financing etc. I purchased extra insurance that’s good for lifetime. I have to take the ring every 6 months to get checked and cleaned. Since the virus, today was the first I saw they were open and operating. I explained that I was there to get the ring checked and she exclaimed “we are not performing cleanings at this time, that it’s good for another year”. I honestly think it’s pathetic that they can’t even clean or repair a piece of jewelry when customers paid extra for a warranty. They can still sell jewelry and take my money though. NOT HAPPY!

Worst places ever to get your ring repair and horrible customer service the staff is very rude. I tried to get my ring repair when my diamond pop out they said it would be ready by the August 6 still haven’t received a call tried called on the 7th a woman named Diane pick up the phone I said my name and what I was calling for she hung up on me with out saying a word I called back the same woman answered I said what I was calling for she said my ring hasn’t came in yet and I ask her when will it be coming it has been 2 weeks and she pretended that she couldn’t hear me and hung up I will never come here every again I’m calling the corporate office to complain about everyone in that store.
