Goldsmiths is my go to place. The staff there is super passionate about what they do and highly educated in their craft. If they don’t have it they can make it, and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. I took my now wife’s Pinterest photos of rings she liked and came in to talk to Goldsmiths about an engagement ring. I am no expert by any means on styles of rings. Rebecca took these ideas and crafted the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, and we made it happen. Always a great experience with Zero pressure to buy unlike most places.

Rick, the watchmaker, is super professional in his craft. He is the one whom I would trust my timepiece. He just did something two other jewelers could not do before. Highly recommendable!

I can’t say enough good things about this jeweler. I’ve gone to them for many services such as ring sizing for me and my husband, custom made wedding band (and surprised me by doing a complimentary rhodium plating on my engagement ring and a cleaning), and buying a necklace chain (they have a great lifetime warranty on their necklace chains so any time it may break you can bring it in and they work with the manufacturer to replace it). But they are more than just a quality jeweler, they have amazing customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, they are exceptionally efficient and often are ready with my jewelry sooner than expected and they are so friendly. They know me when I walk in and even recognize who I am over the phone. I am so happy we found this jeweler and I always know I am in good hands when I rely on them.

I had broken a chain, had no idea what to do about it nor do I know much about jewelry. The woman at the front table was incredible!! She was knowledgeable, courteous, didn't try to over sell me. I will absolutely go here again and drop hints to my husband as well :)

My husband purchased our engagement ring there, 5 years ago. It is beautiful! It is white gold, so I needed to get it replated, two years later, along with my year-old wedding-ring. For maybe $80 or so (I forget exact price), they were shipped out and returned within two days! Looking brand new! I even had customers at work congratulate me or ask when the wedding is/was, thinking from the look of the rings, I had just gotten married or engaged RECENTLY. They absolutely shined, just like the days I got them. I was amazed at how quickly it was finished and returned to me. I wasn't expecting to see it for a week or so. Service wasn't overly-friendly, but not unpleasant either. I got what I wanted quickly and for an average price. It's been about three years since that was done. Am in need of getting it done again, so I'll be heading back there again in a week or two.
