Im not one to leave reviews, but this T-Mobile store gave me great customer service! I went in because I was frustrated with my daughter’s phone constantly shutting off & my phone had its own issues I just couldn’t figure out. I was so happy that the rep Ana I believe helped fix them! I was in and out in less than an hour. Ana & Jason even talked me into coming back and upgrading to the newest Iphone. So I’ll be sure to go there again once the phone releases ud83dude0a

We left AT&T after many years with them. The staff at the sprint store in the Berkshire Mall were awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional.
