After a poor experience of not even being acknowledged at another Verizon location, I came to this one a couple hours later. Both employees working there were with customers when I arrived, but they still greeted me. I was then helped almost immediately even while they were working with someone else. Within 10 minutes my new phone was brought out and in the process of being set up. The two men working really turned my night around with their exceptional customer service.
Efficient, fast service when i needed it most - for health reasons.

These guys are just top-notch. They figured out a problem that I had with the online ordering system, corrected it and had me out of the store 10 minutes. Good job I would highly recommend them!
