Went into the store to change phone carriers for 4 lines. The people that work there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, guy named Erick was great in dealing with the issues we had trying to port over phone numbers. Overall great experience and fantastic customer service.

After having service with another company for 15 years i left because their staff was unfriendly unknowledgeable and didnt seem to care if i kept their sevice. So i went to this store.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially a nice lady named Deanie K. She found us better phones and better prices for phone services. She was patient and explained everything in great detail. She showed us specials and current deals. I am glad to have this new phone and service. I look forward to a long relationship with T-Moble.nP.S. Deannie deserves a raise.

No complaints. There's a guy named Chris who works there and he always pulls through for me. I dig TMobile and the direction they're going.
